The Child Protection Network Development for the Huaylas Valley in Peru project will develop a functioning child protection network in the specified area. The colaborating partner is the Arco Iris organisation, which is a long-term partner of the Educational Fund for Children in Developing Countries (KLK ry).

The project will develop training in Child Protection issues for relevant government officials and NGOs, developing networks between these groups. These instruments seek to improve Child Protection activities for children in need and make available appropriate services for them.
